Cadigan Park is located on 500 Candlewood Lake Road and is situated on 14 acres offering baseball, football, soccer, and lacrosse fields. It includes a sand volleyball court & tennis courts, as well as plenty of parking and restrooms.

Cadigan Park also offers a covered pavilion in which picnic tables and barbeque grills are located.

The Cadigan Pavilion can be rented to both residents and non-residents. A $75.00 deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit is retained by the Brookfield Parks & Recreation office and will be used to cover any damage costs. If the site is left in good condition, the deposit will be returned to the reserving party.

Cadigan PavilionRules for Use of Cadigan Pavilion
Reservation of the pavilion will be limited to groups of no more than 50.
Reservation will include the use of the bathrooms. Use of the Town Beach is included during the beach season.
Reservation will include use of athletic fields according to availability.
Reservation can be made up to six months in advance for residents, and up to three months in advance for non-residents.
