For centuries, colors have inspired us with their beautiful palettes in nature, art, fashion, our environments, and even our food.
Consider the awe and wonder we feel when catching the sight of a rainbow.
It is vibrations of light creating these colors that inspire and awaken in us feelings of love, joy, peace, and harmony.
This 3-week experiential program is an exploration of the vibrations of light in colors using our senses and intuition beyond what the mind already knows. We will experience a brief meditation to allow us to deepen into the felt sensations of the vibrations of light of each hue of the rainbow with the aid of paintings provided. Each color’s vibration has a unique resonance to every individual, and the experience of the vibration can change moment to moment.
Playing with these living vibrations of light in colors we will experience a feeling of lightness and joy that will assist our cellular bodies, contributing to our health, harmony, vitality, and a feeling of wholeness.

Materials fee of $5 for watercolor paint set with brush and watercolor paper

Aurora Mary Kilai lives in Brookfield, CT. She has studied and practiced various forms of meditation and healing arts for the past 40 plus years and is a certified Mentor with HeartMath Institute
She is an abstract artist and calls her art Celebrations of Light. It is her joy to play with and share the vibrations of light in color to assist people to awaken to the presence and gifts of light within and around them.
