Resume Writing

This class gives you the practical knowledge and tools you need to build a modern resume that gets results. We'll show you how to craft a resume that not only passes applicant tracking systems (ATS) but also grabs the attention of hiring managers. You'll learn the essential elements of a resume, including structure, formatting, and content, and get a clear framework to create a custom, targeted resume that’s specific to your desired roles and industries.

Job Search Strategy

In this section, you'll learn how to move from aimless applications to a strategic job search. We'll teach you how to identify the right opportunities, build a powerful network, and effectively use online platforms to find jobs that truly match your skills and career goals. By the end of this class, you'll have a personalized, step-by-step plan to guide you in your job search.

Training on Interviewing Preparation & Salary Negotiation Class: 

This workshop is all about building confidence and getting the compensation you deserve. In the Interviewing Preparation section, we'll cover everything from common interview questions to behavioral scenarios, helping you craft compelling answers that highlight your strengths and experience. You'll participate in mock interviews to practice your delivery and receive personalized feedback, so you're fully prepared to ace the real thing.

The Salary Negotiation aspect will teach you the art of negotiation. You'll learn how to research market rates, confidently articulate your value, and respond to offers. We'll help you turn what can be a stressful conversation into an empowering opportunity, ensuring you get the compensation package—including salary, benefits, and perks—that you've earned.
