This Kids Functional Fitness program is here! Perfect for children aged 6–9 years, this 5-week program introduces functional movements in a safe, supportive, and exciting environment. Through playful exercises, your kids will develop strength, coordination, balance, and confidence—building the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.

This program takes place at Forma Athletics, a premier functional fitness facility dedicated to building strength, confidence, and athleticism in every age group. Our expert coaching and supportive community create the perfect environment for young athletes to thrive! We are located at 500 Federal Rd; last garage bay in the back!
