FCT Summer Tennis Lessons • Register • View Cart •

Tennis Clinics for ages 3 & up
Weekly tennis lessons will be offered with Fairfield County Tennis (FCT) professionals at Cadigan Park.  All skill levels are invited to join these clinics to learn and develop forehand, backhand, serve and volley skills.  Whether you are ready to jump into the sport or want to hone your skills, these group lessons are designed for maximum participation and skill development to get you there!  Quick start red and orange balls will be used for younger players.

Age appropriate racquets are available for purchase from the instructor at the first meeting. 

Lessons for Kindergarten through 7th grade are for all skill levels.

Grades 8-10: 4pm - Low Intermediate/Intermediate players.

Grades 8-10: 7pm - All skill level players.

Adults: Advanced Beginner/Low Intermediate players.

Skill Level Descriptions:
Beginner: Player is introduced to the forehand, backhand, serve and volley with drills, fun games, and game situations.

Advanced Beginner: Player has had an introduction to grips and strokes and starts to make contact with the ball on a regular basis.

Low Intermediate: The player is starting to keep the ball in play, learning to serve, can volley, and learn court positioning.

Intermediate: Player can keep the ball in play, can hit with some spin, can serve, volley, and rally consistently

All FCT lessons take place at Cadigan Park and may be cancelled for inclement weather.
