Mom, are you looking to get a workout in but you’re a little just won’t let you?

Come try mom and me Pilates!

The perfect place for both you and your little to get a 45 minute Pilates Barre workout in. Kids will have an active role and you will work up a sweat through a series of Barre, mat, and toning exercises!

Child, ages 3-7 included in fee. $15 per additional child.
