The program expands our awareness of our presence and choices in the moment. We'll connect with the power of our hearts wisdom, intuition, and guidance that is always available. We'll experience the hearts' uplifting qualities to prepare, nourish, and sustain us as we take steps to manifest our deepest desires.
Over the four-weeks, you will experience how to:
- Shift from stressful emotional reactions to feelings of calm, peace, appreciation, and lightness in the moment.
- Allow self-care, gentleness and compassion.
- Detach from "inner weeds" of self-doubt, judgement, procrastination.
- Gain clarity in decision making with the hearts intelligence and intuition.
- Reclaim wonder and the joy of living.

Instructor Aurora Mary Kilai is an educator and compassionate guide using her like skills in energy therapies, transformational coaching, and HeartMath Institutes scientifically proven techniques to assist people to connect with the power and presence of their Heart's wisdom so they may enjoy a greater sense of harmony and ease in their personal well being, daily living, relationships, and work.
