Whether you are outgoing or like to keep to yourself, this after school group will help students develop and strengthen connection with others. 

Boys and girls in grades 2-5 will learn the importance of true friendship, how to be compassionate, how to be their own hero, and how to deal with emotions.  We will create a foundation for confidence and empowerment. 

The group will learn and practice meditation, activities, games, crafts, and teamwork projects to achieve our goals.
