Discover the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting. This class is designed for those new to the reformer or anyone looking to build a strong foundation. You'll learn the basic principles, beginner level exercises, proper alignment, and how to use the reformer safely and effectively. Expect a full-body workout that improves core strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness—all at a comfortable pace.
Participants must attend classes within date range, unless a makeup for inclement weather.
Sticky socks required for safety. Available for purchase at studio.
