This mixed level class strings yoga postures together in a flowing, vinyasa style sequence of breath and movement. Class is infused with balance work and optional challenges; with modifications provided for all levels.

Beginners welcome!

Bring your own water, mat, blocks or straps if you have them and like to use them.
