Would you like to increase your flexibility? Strengthen the muscles that support your back and core? Through standing postures and floor work, you’ll use the resistance of your own body to gently increase your flexibility, strength and stability. This program can be modified for all fitness levels.
Participants should be comfortable working on the floor (mats). Bring a water bottle & mat or towel.
