Day Camp for students entering grades 3-6.
Camp Cadicopia is a day camp open to boys and girls entering grades 3-6 which takes place at Cadigan Park and the Town Park Beach. Experienced counselors lead this camp which offers structured games and activities, arts and crafts, sports, and lots of free play including beach activities and swimming!
Each morning, camp starts at the Cadigan Pavilion. Gaga ball, group games, and crafts take up each morning before the beach opens. The camp heads across the street to the beach anytime between 10am and noon. Campers will have lots of time to play with friends on the beach side swimming, playing volleyball, nukem, basketball, cards, and other camp games. In the afternoon, the group will head back to the Cadigan Pavilion and utilize the turf fields, basketball and tennis courts for activities.
Each week also includes a trip to a local entertainment venue. Trips this summer are scheduled for Thursdays. Trips destinations will be posted in the spring.
Special events also happen every week at camp! Performers or special activities visit camp each week to provide a different experience for the campers. Special events will be posted in the spring.
Lunch Option: Rich's Wings & Things Food Truck will be parked at Cadigan Park this summer. A schedule will be sent out with the welcome email each week. A camp menu will be offered. The cost of the food truck is up to the parent/camper and no included in your registration fee. Pizza or Hot Dog/Hamburger lunch provided by the camp on Fridays.
Swim Lessons will be offered at Town Park Beach and can be added onto camp registrations. Sign up your child to take lessons during camp! Counselors will see that the kids get to the lesson each day. Click here for Swim Level descriptions.
Early Drop Off/Late Pickup Available:
Early drop-off (8-9am) and late pick-up (5-6pm) is available for families at an additional cost.
Afternoon Only at Cadicopia:
For students with morning activities! Limited space available each week. Trip and Friday lunch included.
