Attention Brookfield Residents: It’s Time to Register for the first Annual Brookfield CT Town-Wide Tag Sale!
Hey, Brookfield sellers! Ready to declutter, make some cash, and be a part of a fantastic community event? Join us for the Brookfield CT Town-Wide Tag Sale on May 3rd from 10 AM - 2 PM. Whether you're setting up shop at your home or at the Brookfield Town Hall, we invite you to be part of this much-anticipated event. Start setting up at 8 AM to get a head start!
*Non-Resident registration will open up for a plot at Town Hall after April 1st, spots are limited!!*
Here are your options for participating:
1. Host a Tag Sale at Your Home:Clear out your attic, basement, and garage! Keep every penny you earn and enjoy the foot traffic your sale will attract with our town-wide promotion.
2. Team Up for a Group Tag Sale: Collaborate with your neighbors for a larger, more enticing sale. It's a great way to increase variety and draw in more shoppers. Remember, all sales earnings are yours to keep!
3. Reserve a Seller's Table at Brookfield Town Hall: Prefer a more centralized location? Book a 10ftx10ft plot at our community hub. Space is limited, so advance registration is a must. (tables not included)
Benefits of Registering:
- Advertising:We’ll make sure the word gets out, so your sale attracts buyers.
- Sale Sign:You’ll receive an official Brookfield Town Wide Tag Sale sign to guide shoppers to your doorstep or table. Signs available at the Parks and Recreation Office.
- Inclusion on the Town Map:Don’t let anyone miss out on your sale. Our map will guide shoppers right to you.
Need to Know:
- Date: May 3rd, 10 AM - 2 PM (Setup begins at 8 AM)
- Registration Deadline: April 15th. To ensure you're on the map, don't delay.
- Registration Fee For Residents: $10.00 (covers advertising, your sale sign, and map inclusion or a 10'x10' plot at Brookfield Town Hall)
- Registration Fee For Non-Residents: $20.00 (covers your 10'x10' plot at Brookfield Town Hall)
